1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Beach & Wne Co.("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information on smcpulse.com and its subdomains (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

• Account data— email address, collected when you subscribe or purchase a product.
• Payment data— all payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not receive or store your full card number or full banking details. We receive only the payment status, subscription identifier, and billing email.
• Telegram identifiers— when you link our bot using the /start command we receive your Telegram chat ID, which we use solely to deliver alerts.
• EA licensing data— if you purchase the SMC_USDJPY Expert Advisor, we record the MetaTrader account number to which the licence is bound in order to enforce licensing.
• Preferences— theme (light/dark) and language (English/Chinese) preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage and are not sent to our servers.
• Server logs— our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging purposes.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the services you have subscribed to — alerts, dashboard access, EA licence enforcement.
• To process payments, refunds, and subscription-related communications.
• To maintain the security and stability of the Service and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your email for marketing communications without your consent.

4. Third-party processors

To operate the Service we rely on the following external processors. Each handles data under its own policy:

• LemonSqueezy — payment processing and subscription management.
• Telegram — alert delivery channel.
• Supabase — database storage for user and subscription records.
• Vercel — website hosting and edge compute.
• Namecheap Private Email — transactional email delivery (receipts, link tokens).

5. Data retention

Account and subscription records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 24 months thereafter, as required by legal and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Telegram chat IDs are deleted immediately when you unlink or when your subscription terminates.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law in your region (including but not limited to the GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA, Hong Kong PDPO, Taiwan PDPA), you have the following rights over your personal information:

• Access and obtain a copy
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request deletion
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent previously given
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Security

We use industry-standard TLS encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and regular audits to protect personal information. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and supervisory authorities as required by applicable law.

8. International data transfers

The Service is operated from Taiwan (R.O.C.). Your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions where our processors operate, and will be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the Service or provide us with any personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, for existing subscribers, notified by email.
